By accessing or using TriageCounsel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
TriageCounsel provides automated contract risk analysis using deterministic rules and AI-generated explanations. The service is informational only and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TriageCounsel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to process documents you do not have the right to analyze.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
TriageCounsel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on analysis results. Contract analysis is informational only — not legal advice.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
